Technically, the visa-free regime for Ukrainians will be introduced in January 2017. This was stated by the Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Institute of World Policy Victor Shlinchak on the air "Channel 5", reports UNN.
“I would be cautious of the President’s forecasts that Ukrainians will be able to travel without visas in November. Perhaps, this decision may really be accepted until mid-November. These are optimistic forecasts”, - he said.
V. Shlinchak noted that “the most optimistic time for visa-free regime introduction is January 2017, but it will possible only if we defuse the controversy over the issue who stops this introduction. This applies not only to Ukraine but also to all other visa-free countries.”
It should be reminded that Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko has no doubts that Ukraine will receive a visa-free regime with the European Union.
